"Just after Colton and I had gotten engaed, we headed north for a day in St. Croix Falls. After eating at our favorite Indian restaurant, we noticed a cute farmer’s market across the street. I of course, intrigued by the beautiful flowers, had to take a closer look. I stared at that bouquet the whole way home, and as I placed it in my great grandma’s porcelain vase, I kicked myself for not at least getting the wonderful woman’s name who had worked such magic. Thankfully, I was able to figure it out via the lovely inter web. Hashtags are actually quite helpful. The rest was history, thanks to Winnowburrow Farm. Bonnie was wonderful to work with from the first phone call to the final finishing touches. Her thought and grace is present in each interaction, and each beautiful touch. My flowers had life. They weren’t manufactured in another country and shipped across the states. They were local. Homegrown. A beautiful testament to a long, cold Minnesconsin winter. When I really stop to think about it, my wedding bouquet spent more time with me on my wedding day than my husband. (No first look for these folks). And I am SO thankful that Bonnie was able to create such a work of art in not only my bridal bouquet, but in all of the beautiful touches around our venue.
