In addition to culinary herbs, we specialize in rare and endangered Heirlooms. Most of our unique varietals have been coveted and carefully saved by humans for hundreds - if not thousands - of years. These gems may have been selectively bred for flavor, shape, color, texture, beauty, hardiness, disease-resistance, drought-tolerance and many other qualities, making them profoundly resilient and flavorful!
